Movement and Intention (Tatto Interno)
An experiential workshop to concretely explore the deep connection between body and intention through the fascial system.
The fascia, a holistic and highly sensitive tissue, becomes the primary channel through which intention is expressed in movement.
Through guided practices, participants will be led to perceive precisely the mechanisms that connect intention to each gesture, making it more present, natural and harmonious.
This workshop is designed for dancers, actors, bodyworkers, and anyone engaged in practices that cultivate bodily awareness (such as Yoga, Shiatsu, Contact Improvisation, the Feldenkrais Method, etc.).

MICHELE MARCHESANI
He began his work on the body in 1996 through the study of Shiatsu (of which he is currently a practitioner with his own private studio and teacher at the Shiatsu-ShinTai School). He subsequently deepened his technique by studying ShinTai, Fascia, Chakras, Activation of the Body of Light (Light Body Yoga) and numerous other holistic approaches.
In 2003 he synthesized the “Tatto Interno”, a body technique of movement and perception of which he holds workshops and training courses.
In 2004, teaching Tatto Interno at an International Dance Festival, he discovered Contact Improvisation, which he follows as a student, event organizer and international teacher. His research has led him over the years to write numerous articles until the publication of “Somatics of Contact Improvisation” available in Italian and English.
In parallel to the work on the body, he faces, with the same curiosity and dedication of a researcher, a deep passion for music. He explores with interest, focusing above all on the improvisational aspects, the interweaving and interactions of sound with other forms of artistic expression.
